Visiting hours will be held on Monday, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Dorsey. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Augustine’s Church, Rte. 9, Ossining. The interment will follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery.

Eugene P. Frasca, a resident of Ossining and formers resident of Ossining for 59 years, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Eugene was born in NY City on October 10, 1921 and was the son of Phillip and Elvira (Maresca) Frasca. He was 91.
Eugene was a graduate of St. John’s University in Brooklyn with his undergraduate in History and then continued and received his Master degree in education. His education was interrupted by his service as a sergeant in the Air Force during WW II. Upon returning from the Air Force he attended N.Y. law where he received his doctorate in law.
Mr. Frasca worked as an attorney first at the NY City Welfare Department where he met his wife Mary (Marano) and they married at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Brooklyn on September 9, 1950. He then work at the N.Y. Surrogates Court as an attorney Assisting Judge Samuel DiFalco. He then served as an attorney and Law Referee at the N.Y. Surrogates Court.
Eugene is survived by his daughters Ellen (Feraidoon) Madjidi and Vera (Edward) Garrett. He was the loving and devoted grandfather of Kimberly, Brittany and Phillip Garrett and Nadia and Diana Madjidi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Frasca was predeceased by his wife Mary in 2009 and his brother Patrick.
