Services will be held on Sunday (today) at 2:30 PM at Sharon Gardens, 273 Lakeview Ave., Valhalla, NY 10595.
The funeral arrangements were handled by Dorsey Funeral Home, Inc. in Ossining.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Bernstein’s memory to the Bet Torah General Fund, 60 Smith Ave., Mt. Kisco, NY 10549.

Arthur L. Bernstein, a resident of Ossining for over 60 years, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016.
Arthur was born in Brooklyn on February 28th, 1931 and was the son of the late Harold ' Stella (Slovick) Bernstein. He was 85.
Arthur was a veteran of the Korean War.
He was a graduate of the University of New Mexico where he received his Bachelors Degree and he earned his Masters of Science in Taxation at N.Y.U.
Arthur married Jewel Berliner in 1952 and moved to Ossining.
He formed the firm Mark Rich Company in Ossining specializing in Accounting. In 1971 he started A'J Tax Prep, Inc., which is still operating today, also specializing in Accounting and Taxation.
Arthur was a Past President of the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Rotary Club in Ossining. He was also a former treasurer at the Congregation Sons of Israel in Briarcliff Manor and a longtime adjunct professor at Westchester Community College.
Mr. Bernstein was a history buff who also enjoyed playing bridge and summertime grilling with his family.
Mr. Bernstein is survived by his children Sydna Bernstein Wenick ' her husband Gary; Mark and his life partner Monica De Sousa; his five grandchildren; Libbie, Eliana ' Shira Wenick and Lee ' Sarah Bernstein; his Aunt Laura Wedeck and her family. Arthur was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Jewel.
